Product Description
The chain conveyor uses standard chains as a support surface and is driven by a geared motor. By using multiple parallel rows of chains, it is possible to obtain a wide chain conveyor with differential speed.
By exploiting this speed difference, multi-row conveying can be converted into single-row conveying without extrusion, or conversely, single-row conveying can be transformed into multi-row conveying at reduced speed to meet high-quantity feeding requirements.
It is possible to create overlapping mixed chains at the beginning and end of the conveyor line, ensuring a dynamic transition of the bottle (or can) body and preventing any obstruction of the conveyor line. This system allows for the conveying of empty, full (pressurized), or unpressurized bottles.
