The RSB series is a three-pass, downdraft, water-tube steam boiler. It ensures rapid steam production, reaching full capacity in just 4 minutes from a cold start. The combustion chamber and flue gases are precisely engineered, guaranteeing optimal combustion. Its operation does not require a qualified heating engineer.

Important recommendations
Water treatment: The use of softened and treated feed water is essential to prevent the buildup of hardness salts on internal heat exchange surfaces. We offer ion-exchange water softeners (single or duplex) and chemical dosing systems as standard.
Water supply: An excess water supply (15 to 20%) is necessary to avoid steam overheating and to facilitate sediment removal.
Dry steam: In applications requiring almost dry steam, it is essential to install separators and steam traps on the supply lines.
